- It's of Fish 2 medium size.
- You need of Boiled mash potatoes 2 medium size.
- You need 3 tbsp of Flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cornflour.
- Prepare of Spices.
- It's of Seasoning.
- It's of Onion.
- It's of Ginger.
- You need of Garlic.
- Prepare of Oil enough for deep fry.
- You need of Breadcrumbs.

- In a bowl add ur fish wash it add hot water and let it set for 1 min.
- After 1 min pour the water remove the back layer and fish bone.
- Mash it (add chop onion,garlic,ginger and mix)or transfer it into blender(add onion,ginger,garlic and blend).
- After mixing or mashing the fish add mash potatoes,flour,cornflour spices seasoning and mix.
- Apply oil on ur hand take a portion of the mixture place it in ur hand make a round ball and flatten it make a hole using ur middle finger(doughnut shape).
- Apply flour on tray or plate and place the dough shape fish.
- In a bowl whisk egg,and place breadcrumbs in separate bowl.
- Take the doughnut shape fish place in egg then place it in breadcrumbs do the same to the rest.
- In a pan add oil wen its moderately hot place the doughnut shape fish carefully, turn to order side bit by bit until golden brown color is achieved.
